Roberto Mancini has talked about goodbye to Manchester City supporters which has a full-page ad he bought in the local Manchester Evening News newspaper.
Most City supporters have a soft spot in their heart for Mancini, in addition to feel disappointed that he's departed the club. "Manchester Location supporters, 3 unforgettable yrs. You will always wear my heart, Ciao Roberto Mancini, " reads the ad. It'll be difficult to get a City supporter to have anything negative to say about Mancini after this.
And just to rub it in to the Manchester City hierarchy, Mancini included photographs in the three trophies he gained while he was Town boss — the FA Mug, the Community Shield as well as the Premier League title. Within your face City hierarchy!
